GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
These general delivery terms apply to the contractual relationship between a supplier and a buyer. The supplier has the right to cancel a completed order or cancel the purchase if general contract terms or service-specific special terms have been violated.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY METHOD / OPTIONS
The buyer orders a gift card or item from the supplier's store. The supplier delivers the purchased item to the address provided by the buyer when payment has been registered in the system.
The prices in the store include a possible VAT.
By purchasing a gift card or item, the customer accepts the general delivery terms and service-specific special terms that apply at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are sent via standard post. Other products are sent via Postnord.
Our normal delivery times are 5-7 days, calculated from the day after you place your order. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com.
The store is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transport to you. At a possible return to the store, you as the buyer are responsible for the goods.
Products and their delivery fees are paid during the order.
We use Klarna Checkout as a payment solution. See below which payment options are available. By clicking on "Complete purchase" you agree The conditions of the clear and our terms of purchase. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and can not be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. If credit is not granted, you need to choose another payment method such as card payment or Klarna Direkt, or contact Klarna. You can also see your invoices and their payment status at klarna.se under My pages.InvoicePayment against Klarna invoice with 14 days payment period. No invoice fee will be added. The invoice is sent via email in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. To be able to pay by invoice, the order needs to be sent to your registered address, and you need to provide correct and complete personal information.
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and default interest will be added. In the event of non-payment, the case goes on to Klarna's debt collection company Segoria and statutory debt collection fees are added.
You can pay part of your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount, however at least SEK 50 per month. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. This will automatically close your account with Klarna. Full terms can be found at Klarna.
With Klarna Direkt, you can easily pay directly at the checkout with a mobile bank ID. The money is deducted 1-2 days after we send your goods. Activate the service by logging in to klarna.se and register your account.
Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard / Eurocard and American Express. No card fees will be added. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
The buyer has the right to cancel his order made via the supplier's store within 14 days after the product has been delivered to the buyer or recipient. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging. On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.
- RIGHT OF CANCELLATION GIFT CARD
However, this right of cancellation is not valid if the gift card has been used, the date of the service has been booked or the service provider has begun to prepare to complete the service. The buyer must return all gift cards during the cancellation by sending them to the supplier's contact address. If the gift card has been used, our general booking conditions apply. Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 5 days of your booking. If canceled within 5 days of arrival, the total amount of your visit will be paid. The order for the gift card can be canceled no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
Any errors and defects must always be reported to email@example.com where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. If we do not succeed in correcting the error or delivering a similar product, we will refund you for the defective one the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
